1. Do not trace, copy, or otherwise heavily reference my artwork without consent of myself.

2. I own all credits to the art itself. I reserve the right to revoke the sharing my art regardless on if it is commissioned or given works.

3. The reference of my work, regardless if it is commissioned, given for free, or my own original work in any design-way is prohibited.

4. All bought/given art is for personal use only. They may be shared as long as there is no intent to sell the work itself or to alter the work in any way and I am credited as the artist. 

5. The Receiver of the art may not change the piece in any way unless specifically asked and approved by me. This information will be noted in the Receiver’s section of Trello.

6. Putting my artwork, regardless of how the art was received, is prohibited in being used in any Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) methods of altercation. 

7. I will post the artwork on my website unless otherwise requested by the Receiver of art.

8. The listed prices are subject to change at any time. This includes if a design is complex, increased number of characters and items, if the idea itself is incredibly complex, and if the Commissioner has requested more than three altercations to a final piece.

9. The Commissioner will pay the agreed upon price for each invoice, including negotiated prices that may include traded money, art, and characters.

10. If the final payment is not received, I will keep the piece as my own and not publish the unwatermarked version.

11. I have the right to deny a commission for any reason. If the work has already been started, then the Commissioner and I will create a set upon schedule of refunding until the amount has been paid of the agreed amount based on the amount of work completed.

12. The Commissioner has the right to request a refund any point after the first update has been sent but before the final watermarked version has been sent. The work will be refunded with an agreed upon amount based off of the work completed over an agreed length of time.

13. Any unspecified chargebacks in PayPal will result in a block and placed on a blacklist.

Payment

1. Payment will be through PayPal only as of right now.

2. An invoice will be sent by me after we have agreed on a price for fifty percent of the total cost.

3. After the work has been completed, another invoice will be sent and the rest of the payment must be paid by the Commissioner within two weeks unless already negotiated between all parties involved.

4. If a Commissioner requests a refund before the completion of the artwork hen the Commissioner and I will create a set upon schedule of refunding until the amount has been paid of the agreed amount based on the amount of work completed.

Process

1. Commissions will be completed in a timeframe of one to three weeks. This is due to me having a full-time job that requires a lot of mental and physical energy. I will be up front with any delays of artwork. (If you are curious about where you stand in line, please check out the Trello.)

2. After agreeing upon details regarding the commission, I will send a very rough sketch of what I would be envisioning for this commission.

3. If the Commissioner decides to proceed then I will send an invoice of fifty perfect of the total cost of the agreed upon price.

4. I will then send updates every time I do something major in the art piece (sketch clean up, linework, coloring, shading, etc.) unless otherwise requested. If I do not have any updates, I will state so.

5. ​After the artwork has been completed, I will send a watermarked version of the piece to the Commissioner. At this time, the Commissioner has the right to request three final revisions.

6. Any more than three revisions may result in further charges.

7. After all final revisions have been completed, I will send an invoice of the full total (including charges for more than three revisions) on PayPal.

8. After the final amount has been paid, I will send the Commissioner the completed unwatermarked version in the preferred method of the Commissioner.

By Commissioning/Requesting art from me, you hereby agree that you have read, understood, and agree to follow the terms listed above and on any invoice.
